Simmered Veal chops ala Delta

- 4 to 6 veat tbone Chops shopping list
- Two large onions shopping list
- Pure water about one third cup shopping list
- Creole sasonings shopping list
How to make it
- Season Veal chops with Creole sasonings
- turn on both sides and be sure to season them well
- Cut oninoms in swirls like for frying.I use as amany as covers the chops
- Heat the pan and put a little olvie ol i the bottom Brown the chops on both sides
- Add onions and water
- Cover and let simmer for two hours or unti the vreal is about to fall apart
- The gravy is not thick but its tasty as it is different No roux on thisone
- Don't try to fix them any other way it just doesn't workout
- I also use Sirloin veal if the tbones are not available

- I serve with noodles and they lickit up aroound here
