  • Heat the pan and put a little olvie ol i the bottom Brown the chops on both sides
  • Add onions and water
  • Cover and let simmer for two hours or unti the vreal is about to fall apart
  • The gravy is not thick but its tasty as it is different No roux on thisone
  • Don't try to fix them any other way it just doesn't workout
  • I also use Sirloin veal if the tbones are not available
  • Bon Appetite

  • I serve with noodles and they lickit up aroound here
