How to make it

  • Wash bok choy and remove any ragged leaves
  • Slice in half
  • Laying face up on a dish, drizzle with olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grill for 7-9 minutes on each side to your likeness
  • Remove and repeat with olive oil and seasoning
