How to make it
- Wash bok choy and remove any ragged leaves
- Slice in half
- Laying face up on a dish, drizzle with olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grill for 7-9 minutes on each side to your likeness
- Remove and repeat with olive oil and seasoning
