- 1 c rolled oats shopping list
- 1/4 c milk shopping list
- 1/4 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1 c plain yogurt shopping list
- raisins or craisins shopping list
- nuts ( pecans, walnuts, almonds or any you like ) shopping list
- 2 apples, very finely grated (leave the peel on for good fiber) shopping list
- Chopped fruit (for example, any of peaches, oranges, bananas, kiwi fruit, grapes, berries) shopping list
How to make it
- Soak the oats with milk and sugar the night before.
- When ready to eat, mix in the yogurt
- Stir in the raisins, nuts, and fruit (add berries last so they don't get too squished)
