Grilled Veal With Lemon And Herbs

These are great. This recipes come from my catering partner who makes this occasionally when veal is requested. Easy, lemony, herby and loved by all. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.
Ingredients
- Grilled veal with lemon and herbs shopping list
- olive or vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 veal steaks shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs (chives, tarragon, mint, basil or sage) shopping list
- 4 lemon wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly brush grill with oil and heat grill to very hot.
- Rub all sides of veal lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill meat quickly about 2 minutes per side.
- Place veal on warmed plate then sprinkle with herbs and serve with lemon.
