Grilled Veal With Lemon And Herbs Recipe

	main beef veal grilled lemon herbs

Ingredients

Grilled Veal with Lemon and Herbs

Olive or vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

4 veal steaks

2 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs (chives, tarragon, mint, basil or sage)

4 lemon wedges

Directions

Lightly brush grill with oil and heat grill to very hot.

Rub all sides of veal lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill meat quickly about 2 minutes per side.

Place veal on warmed plate then sprinkle with herbs and serve with lemon.
