How to make it
- Blend softened cream cheese with bacon.
- Add a few tablespoons of beer gradually until mixture is soft enough to shape into balls.
- Shape into 1-inch balls (or slightly smaller). Chill.
- Just before serving, roll balls into buttered popcorn, pressing popcorn firmly into cheese.
- Makes 2 dozen balls.
