Potato And Leek Pizza

- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1C sliced small leeks (about 1/8" slices) shopping list
- 3 Tbl water shopping list
- 1 (10 ounce) round pre-baked thin pizza crust or Italian bread shell shopping list
- 1/2 C sour cream shopping list
- 2 ounces Shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (1 isp dried) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- Note: if possible, use fresh rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 425
- Place potatoes in a microwave safe dish, top with leeks; sprinkle with 3 Tbl water
- Cover and microwave on HIGH until potatoes are fork tender (3 to 6 minutes)
- Place pizza crust on on cookie sheet; spread with sour cream to within 1/2 onch of edge.
- Arrange potato slices and leeks over sour cream
- Sprinkle with cheese, rosemary, salt and pepper
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
