How to make it

  • Boil 1 cup of water, remove from heat, stir in instant rice, cover and set aside.
  • Crumble sausage into a large frying pan or wok, (I add a couple tablespoons of water first) and brown.
  • Add the bacon to the sausage and fry until done (not crunchy, it should be soft).
  • Fluff the rice with a fork, and add rice, and green onions to the pork mixture , stir fry for a minute or so.
  • Add seasoning and soy sauce (enough to give the dish a brown tone), stir fry an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve.
  • You can add more soy sauce if needed before serving or to each individual plate.
