Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Line a mini-muffin pan with mini paper wrappers.
  • Prepare cookie mix as directed and roll into balls.
  • Place one inside each paper wrapper and bake for 10 minutes at 350.
  • Insert one peanut butter cup into each little cookie before taking them from the pan. Allow them to melt a bit on top of the stove and place mini m&ms on top in the melting chocolate. I use a tooth pick to pick the sides of the cookie up out of the pan.
  • Even better when frozen.
