Easy Chocolate Sorbet

- 2 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 1 1/2 oz bittersweet chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Combine water, sugar, cocoa powder in sauce pan and cook and stir and bring to a boil, making sure cocoa and sugar is dissolved.
- Take off heat to cool a bit.
- Whisk in remaining chocolates to melt all, mixing till smooth.
- Let cool completely.
- Then chill several hours
- Using ice cream maker, freeze according to manufacturere's instructions
- Store air tight in freezer for up to 3 days
- Makes 1 quart
