How to make it

  • Combine water, sugar, cocoa powder in sauce pan and cook and stir and bring to a boil, making sure cocoa and sugar is dissolved.
  • Take off heat to cool a bit.
  • Whisk in remaining chocolates to melt all, mixing till smooth.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Then chill several hours
  • Using ice cream maker, freeze according to manufacturere's instructions
  • Store air tight in freezer for up to 3 days
  • Makes 1 quart
