Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 4(4 oz) Italian Pizza crusts
  • 1/2 cup (1 oz) finely shredded provolone or maozzarella cheese
  • 2 T chopped fresh cilantro(optional)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Cook beef, onion, and carrot in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat untl browned, stirring to crumble; Drain well
  3. Return meat mixture to pan
  4. Stir in barbecue sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes
  6. Place pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
  7. Divide beef mixture evenly among cursts and sprinkle with cheese
  8. Bake pizzas at 450 F for 12 minutes or until cheese melts
  9. Sprinkle with cilantro (optional)
  10. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges
