Ingredients
  • 300 grams of diced beef
  • 250 grams of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 ounce (around 30 ml) of Brandy or Cognac
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 10 cloves, pulvirized
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 375 grams of fettucine
  • 300 ml of cream (I use light)
  • Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions
  1. Cook the beef, mushroom, garlic and onions in a pan over low heat.
  2. When meat is brown on all side, add the Brandy and Dijon, mix well.
  3. Prepare the pasta according to the package (or better, homemade).
  4. When all the liquid evaporated, add the spices and cream.
  5. Mix with the pasta when ready and serve.
