Jennys Salisbury Steak Recipe
I like this version of Salisbury steak because of the extra kick it gets from the horseradish. It's not as bland as many other versions I've tried. It goes great with some homemade mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 egg white slightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 12 oz jar of gravy

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except the Gravy.
  2. Shape into 4 oval 1/2" thick patties.
  3. Cook over medium heat 7-8 minutes turning once, until no longer pink.
  4. Serve with gravy
