Jennys Salisbury Steak

I like this version of Salisbury steak because of the extra kick it gets from the horseradish. It's not as bland as many other versions I've tried. It goes great with some homemade mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers shopping list
- 1 egg white slightly beaten shopping list
- 2 tbsp milk shopping list
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 12 oz jar of gravy shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except the Gravy.
- Shape into 4 oval 1/2" thick patties.
- Cook over medium heat 7-8 minutes turning once, until no longer pink.
- Serve with gravy
