Old Fashioned Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

2 slightly beaten eggs

2 1/4 c. milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

2. cinnamon raisin bread cubes

1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed

1/2 c. raisins

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Spray round glass casserole with cooking spray.

Combine eggs,milk,vanilla and cinnamon.

Whisk until well blended.

Stir in bread cubes, brown sugar, and raisins

Pour into casserole dish.

Place casserole in shallow pan 1 inch deep of hot water.

Bake about 45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.

Let cool and refridgerate.

I have my Auntie's bread pudding recipe on the site (it probably came from my Grandma, if I know my Auntie). We toast and butter our bread first -- you know, just to add extra, extra fat and calories!! X0
