Old Fashioned Bread Pudding

This is my most favorite dessert. I used to love helping my Grandma make it. I think anybody would love this!
Ingredients
- 2 slightly beaten eggs shopping list
- 2 1/4 c. milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 2. cinnamon raisin bread cubes shopping list
- 1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1/2 c. raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Spray round glass casserole with cooking spray.
- Combine eggs,milk,vanilla and cinnamon.
- Whisk until well blended.
- Stir in bread cubes, brown sugar, and raisins
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Place casserole in shallow pan 1 inch deep of hot water.
- Bake about 45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
- Let cool and refridgerate.

I have my Auntie's bread pudding recipe on the site (it probably came from my Grandma, if I know my Auntie). We toast and butter our bread first -- you know, just to add extra, extra fat and calories!! X0
