Cheddar Cauliflower Salad

Nice summery salad to take to carry-ins or potlucks
Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh cut cauliflower, small pieces shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip shopping list
- 3/4 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar shopping list
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, cheese, bacon and onion.
- In a small bowl combine the Miracle whip, sugar and vinegar.
- Pour over the cauliflower mixture and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate till ready to serve.
