This is a great recipe if you have a big outing. My daughter requested it for her graduation, then later for her wedding. Delicious

Ingredients
  • 6 cups water, divided
  • 5 med. ripe bananas
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 (12-oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (12-oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (46-oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 (2-liter) bottles lemon-lime soda(Sprite, 7-UP)

Directions
  1. In a blender container, process 1 cup water, bananas and sugar until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large container.
  3. Add the concentrates, pineapple juice and remaining water.
  4. Cover and freeze.
  5. Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving.
  6. Just before serving, break up and mash mixture with a potato masher or whatever you have.
  7. Stir in soda
  8. Yeilds about 11 quarts
