Creamy Ham Casserole Recipe
This is a casserole you can fix, put in the refrigerator and throw in the oven when you get home after work.

Ingredients
  • 4-oz. med. egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 cups chopped cooked ham
  • 1 med. green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook ham and next 3 ingredients for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in soup, sour cream and pasta.
  5. Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered 5 more minutes.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
