Ingredients
  • 3 cups canned kidney beans
  • 1 cup chopped sweet pickle
  • 5 hard cooked eggs, sliced
  • 3/4 cup diced celery
  • 1 c. mayo
  • lettuce

Directions
  1. Drain and rinse beans,
  2. add pickle, eggs and celery,
  3. toss together lightly
  4. Add mayonnaise and blend.
  5. Chill thoroughly.
  6. Serve on shredded lettuce
  7. garnish with egg wedges
