Fresh Strawberry Butter

So sweet and good. Wonderful served on rolls for a luncheon, or with pancakes, waffles, toast, or muffins.

Place ingredients in blender in order given
Blend until smooth and creamy*
Chill until ready to serve
Will keep in refrigerator
*NOTE: When blending, mixture will look like it is curdling, but keep blending for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy
Can be frozen
