How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream together to blend.
  • Add olives, onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and additional hot pepper sauce to taste.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 1 and up to 6 hrs.
  • Stir and serve with tortilla chips.
  • Recipe can be halved.

    This sounds like a variation on the olive and dill dip that has been around for quite awhile. We love cilantro - this one sounds right up our alley! Bookmarking to try - thanks!
