How to make it

  • Wash and slice vegetables (lettuce, capsicum, tomotos) and place in salad bowl
  • Saute portion of garlic in oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and saute briefly. Add to salad bowl.
  • Saute remaining garlic, adding prawns or chicken breast. Once almost cooked through, add a healthy dose of sweet chili sauce and sizzle for a minute or so. Add to salad bowl.
  • Add a glob of Caesar dressing, parmesan and basil. Toss salad thoroughly so sauces can blend.
