Cole Slaw

Coleslaw was probably consumed, in the times of the ancient Romans . "Cole" originates from the Latin, colis, meaning "cabbage . During 18th century , mayonnaise was invented and thus the U.S. coleslaw contains mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp shredded cabbage shopping list
- 2 tbsp shredded carrot shopping list
- 2 tsp mayo shopping list
- Few drops of vinegar shopping list
- Pinch of salt and sugar shopping list
- Garnish : shopping list
- 4 pineapple chunks ( or apple cubes ) shopping list
- 2 curled parsley sprigs shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything well .
- Garnish .
- Chill .
- Serve cold , as a side dish .

Sounds good. I never thought to use pineapple as a garnish. I have added tomatoes to the slaw.
