How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except last four, blending thoroughly.
  • Mix rermaining ingredients for the topping and pour into a 10-12" oven proof skillet or into a similar sized casserole, spreading all over bottom of pan.
  • Pack Ham loaf mixture carefully but firmly on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until rather firm.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes
  • Drain off juice and and turn out on a serving platter and serve.
  • The p[icture shows the time I ringed the loaf with julienned and roasted potatoes.
