Ingredients

1 1/4 Pounds Ground Smoked Ham Or

2 Cups Ground Leftover Ham

1/2 Pound Ground Pork

1/4 Cup Minced Onion

1 Cup Fine Dry Breadcrumbs

1 Cup Milk

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tsp Prepared Mustard

1 Egg

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed

1/2 Cup Drained, Crushed Pineapple

1 Tsp Dry Mustard

2 Tb Cider Vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients except last four, blending thoroughly.

Mix rermaining ingredients for the topping and pour into a 10-12" oven proof skillet or into a similar sized casserole, spreading all over bottom of pan.

Pack Ham loaf mixture carefully but firmly on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until rather firm.

Let stand for 10 minutes

Drain off juice and and turn out on a serving platter and serve.
