Disapearing Trail Mix

- 2 cups unsalted, dry roasted nuts like walnuts, pecans, pistachios, peanuts, cashews,almonds shopping list
- 1/2 cup each dry roasted sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds shopping list
- (I will use at least one of the nuts or seeds salted just to heighten the taste) shopping list
- 1 cup dried blueberries shopping list
- 1 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 1 cup dried cherries shopping list
- 1 cup golden raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together in a large container with a tight fitting lid.

- 1 serving = 1/4 cup = 1 protein and 1 simple carbohydrate

This sounds great. We're big on long bike trips and camping. This recipe would be perfect to make and take for these trips! Is there a group for camp foods?
