Ingredients
  • 2 cups unsalted, dry roasted nuts like walnuts, pecans, pistachios, peanuts, cashews,almonds
  • 1/2 cup each dry roasted sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
  • (I will use at least one of the nuts or seeds salted just to heighten the taste)
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1 cup golden raisins

Directions
  1. Mix all together in a large container with a tight fitting lid.

  3. 1 serving = 1/4 cup = 1 protein and 1 simple carbohydrate

  5. NEVER EAT A CARBOHYDRATE WITHOUT A PROTIEN!!!
