Green Olive Ham Ensalada Andaluza

Awesome salad. We love it. Hope you do to.
Ingredients
- 2 heads mixed lettuce torn shopping list
- 3 scallions green and white parts thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 hard boiled eggs sliced shopping list
- 1 cup chopped ham shopping list
- 1/4 cup green olives shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 3 ripe tomatoes peeled and seeded shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all salad ingredients and toss lightly.
- Place all dressing ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
- Pour over salad and toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.
