Very easy to assemble maindish good enough for company or everyday

Ingredients
  • 2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked & well drained
  • 1 10-oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes & green chiles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crabmeat, fresh or canned
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 TB grated onion
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Directions
  1. Place spinach in greased shallow 2 qt. casserole.
  2. Mix all other ingredients and pour over spinach.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. That's it!
