Crab Florentine

- 2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked & well drained shopping list
- 1 10-oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes & green chiles shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup crabmeat, fresh or canned shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1 TB grated onion shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt shopping list
How to make it
- Place spinach in greased shallow 2 qt. casserole.
- Mix all other ingredients and pour over spinach.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. That's it!
