Ingredients

1 box of about 20 beef taquitos

2 cans enchilada sauce (red spicy)

2 cups mexican blend cheese

1 sm can sliced black olives

Directions

Grease/oil/spray 9x13x2 baking dish

layer taquitos in baking dish

cover with enchilada sauce

top with cheese

sprinkle with olives

Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
