How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Form into patties
  • Sear in a saute pan
  • Wilt spinach in small amount of olive oil in saute pan
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice
  • DIce red pepper and yellow pepper
  • Place pecans on baking sheet
  • Lightly sprinkle with oil, cayenne and sugar
  • Toast at 350 8-12 minutes
  • Top salmon cakes with spinach, pepper dice, and cheese
  • Garnish with toasted pecans
