- 8 oz salmon flaked and cooked shopping list
- 1 oz red onion minced shopping list
- 1 oz celery diced finely shopping list
- 1 oz red pepper diced finely shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1 oz bread crumbs shopping list
- salt - to taste shopping list
- pepper - to taste shopping list
- garlic pepper - to taste shopping list
- spinach SALAD shopping list
- 1 bag baby spinach shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- 1 red pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 yelllow pepper, diced shopping list
- 4 oz Peccorine Ramono cheese shopping list
- GARNISH shopping list
- 1/2 c pecans shopping list
- canola oil shopping list
- PInch cayenne pepper shopping list
- Pinch sugar shopping list
How to make it
- SALMON CAKES
- Combine all ingredients
- Form into patties
- Sear in a saute pan
- SPINACH SALAD
- Wilt spinach in small amount of olive oil in saute pan
- Sprinkle with lemon juice
- DIce red pepper and yellow pepper
- GARNISH
- Place pecans on baking sheet
- Lightly sprinkle with oil, cayenne and sugar
- Toast at 350 8-12 minutes
- PUTTING IT TOGETHER
- Top salmon cakes with spinach, pepper dice, and cheese
- Garnish with toasted pecans
