Very rich and sweet, and only 2 points per brownie! They turn out with more of a cake-like texture, and really satisfies the sweet cravings.

Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites, whipped
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Creme

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 325 degrees F. Prepare a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray and flour.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, cocoa, salt and flour.
  3. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract and Marshmallow Creme.
  4. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Bake for 18 minutes.
