Rocky Road Brownies

Very rich and sweet, and only 2 points per brownie! They turn out with more of a cake-like texture, and really satisfies the sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites, whipped shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tbs vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup marshmallow creme shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 325 degrees F. Prepare a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray and flour.
- In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, cocoa, salt and flour.
- In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract and Marshmallow Creme.
- Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Bake for 18 minutes.
