Ingredients

1 can boneless/skinless salmon (I can't handle the other stuff)

10 - 12 club or townhouse crackers or other buttery cracker, crushed fine

1 egg

salt and pepper

3 green onions chopped, whites and greens

1/4 c half and half

Directions

Combine all ingredients

form into patties and fry in a little olive oil

plate up or serve on sandwich buns.
