Tender and flavorful venison steak with a light but crispy crust. I served it with a tossed salad and my favorite sour cream and onion mashed potatoes

Ingredients
  • Venison steak (Your choice of cut)
  • tenderizer
  • garlic powder
  • COATING
  • 1 cup instant potaoe flakes
  • 2 cups flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. STEAK PREP
  2. lay out your steaks on a cutting board ,sprinkle the tenderizer and garlic powder.pound both sides with your choice of tool
  3. (I use an old dull cleaver)
  4. coating
  5. mix these together and use to dredge the meat.
  6. lay the steak in a large hot skillet that has been heating with oil
  7. fry till brown and turn over.
  8. dont over cook.
