  • STEAK PREP
  • lay out your steaks on a cutting board ,sprinkle the tenderizer and garlic powder.pound both sides with your choice of tool
  • (I use an old dull cleaver)
  • coating
  • mix these together and use to dredge the meat.
  • lay the steak in a large hot skillet that has been heating with oil
  • fry till brown and turn over.
  • dont over cook.
