One Pan Whiskey Flavored Pork Chops

- 2/3 cup light sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried or 1 tablespoon minced, fresh sage shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 4 pork chops or pork sirloins (I usually use pork sirloin) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- 8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup whiskey shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 6 ingredients (for sauce) in a small bowl, set aside.
- Spray oven proof skillet with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
- Brown both sides of pork, remove and keep warm.
- Saute onion and mushrooms in same pan for about 3 minutes.
- Deglaze pan with the whiskey.
- Add sour cream mix and combine well.
- Add pork and spoon sauce over pork.
- Wrap skillet handle with aluminum foil if necessary.
- Cover skillet and bake in oven at 300 for 1 hour or until pork is done.
- Approximately 310 calories and 9 grams fat per serving
