How to make it

  • Mix first 6 ingredients (for sauce) in a small bowl, set aside.
  • Spray oven proof skillet with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
  • Brown both sides of pork, remove and keep warm.
  • Saute onion and mushrooms in same pan for about 3 minutes.
  • Deglaze pan with the whiskey.
  • Add sour cream mix and combine well.
  • Add pork and spoon sauce over pork.
  • Wrap skillet handle with aluminum foil if necessary.
  • Cover skillet and bake in oven at 300 for 1 hour or until pork is done.
  • Approximately 310 calories and 9 grams fat per serving
