We make quesedillas a lot at my house so I made up a specialized version!

Ingredients
  • 2 small tortillas (whole wheat if you like that)
  • 1 can chicken
  • lime juice
  • garlic salt
  • cilantro
  • monterey jack cheese

Directions
  1. Pile the ingredients on the tortillas and cook in a small frying pan until the cheese is melted and the tortillas brown.
