Maple Glazed Carrots with Pistachios

- 3 16 ounce bags of baby carrots shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup toasted pistachios shopping list
How to make it
- Cook carrots in water until tender crisp, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain carrots and return to pot.
- Add butter and salt. Cook over medium heat until carrots are glazed.
- Add syrup and heat until boiling. Boil 2 minutes, stirring frequently,
- Pour into serving dish.
- Top with toasted pistachios.
- Serve immediately.
