Ingredients
  • 1/2 Pound Calves Liver,covered with water,simmer until done,about 25 minutes.
  • Put through finest blade of food chopper.
  • Add 1/3 Cup Salad Oil.
  • 2 Tablespoon minced Parsley.
  • 1 Tablespoon minced Onion.
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Cover and Chill
  • Makes 1 Cup
  • Serve with Crackers
