Ingredients
  • 2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2-1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Rounded Tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon very finely minced onion
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Chopped Chutney
  • 3 Cups Cooked Diced White Chicken
  • 1-1/2 Cups chopped Celery
  • 1-8oz can sliced Water Chestnuts,well drained and dried
  • 2 Cups seedless White Grapes
  • 1-1 pound can Pineapple Chunks,well drained
  • 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds,toasted

Directions
  1. Prepare this the day before serving and refrigerated overnight:
  2. Combine all the ingredients except the almonds.
  3. Place in the refrigerator and chill overnight.
  4. When ready to serve,sprinkle with the almonds

Sounds delicious! Very similar to one I'm going to post. I'll try yours and see which I prefer! Mine has no grapes, chestnuts, or soy sauce, but does have mandarin oranges and coconut.
