How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Split the Acorn Sqaush in half lenghwise ( I sometimes just barely shave alittle off the bottoms so they sit flat, but be careful not to cut through).
  • Mix together the Butter, Honey, Dijon mustard and 1 tbls. of the Brown sugar in a small mixing bowl.
  • Spoon the Honey mixture in the squash dividing it equally between them.
  • Sprinkle alittle of the remaining brown sugar over each one.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour until squash is tender
  • Enjoy!
