Creamy Onion Tart

Another onion pie variation. Serve with salad and steak or as a main dish, Different than my other onion pie recipe but just as good!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 8 cups finely chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cumin shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 sour cream shopping list
- 1 unbaked pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Saute onion in butter about 20 mins,.
- Add salt and cumin
- Beat eggs with sour cream.
- Mix into onions.
- Place mixture into pie shell
- Bake about 35 minutes until golden and puffy
