Another onion pie variation. Serve with salad and steak or as a main dish, Different than my other onion pie recipe but just as good!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 cups finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Saute onion in butter about 20 mins,.
  3. Add salt and cumin
  4. Beat eggs with sour cream.
  5. Mix into onions.
  6. Place mixture into pie shell
  7. Bake about 35 minutes until golden and puffy
