How to make it

  • CRUST: Beat until creamy: 1 cup butter, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup sugar. Blend in: 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Gradually mix in: 2.5 cups oatmeal, 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda. Press into two non-greased 14" pizza pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 cups of chocolate chips. Let stand for 4-5 minutes, spread the melted chips over the crust. Freeze for 10 minutes or until set.
  • TOPPING: Beat until creamy: 16 ounces of cream cheese, 2/3 cup peanut butter, ½ cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Spread over chocolate. Chop up 4 cups (15 large) peanut butter cups and sprinkle on top.
  • Chill until served. Refrigerate leftovers.
