Beefy Spicy Baked Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Scrub potatoes then pierce skin with fork and bake at 400 for 1 hour.
  • Fifteen minutes before potatoes are done sauté beef in hot skillet until all pink disappears.
  • Add salsa and chili powder to meat then cover and cook over medium for 10 minutes.
  • Add green pepper and olives to meat mixture.
  • Heat through.
  • Cut baked potatoes open then spoon hot meat mixture into potatoes then top with cheese.
