Ingredients

4 quart zucchini, peeled and diced

1 (46-oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice

1 1/3 cups bottled Real Lemon juice

3 cups sugar

Pineapple flavor, if desired

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes. Fill hot clean jars; seal.

Put in hot water bath for 20 minutes for pints andd 25 minutes for quarts.
