Cheesy Oregano Chicken Rolls

- 1 200g cooked chicken breast fillet, shredded shopping list
- 1T chopped oregano leaves shopping list
- 1/4c grated fontina, gouda or gruyere shopping list
- 1/4c grated cheddar shopping list
- 2T mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4c sour cream shopping list
- 2 crusty rolls, halved shopping list
How to make it
- Place the chicken, oregano, cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Spoon onto one half of each roll and top with remaining halves.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls in the pan and top with a plate and can to weigh down (or cook in a electric sandwich press)
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and the cheese is melted.
