Ingredients
  • 1 200g cooked chicken breast fillet, shredded
  • 1T chopped oregano leaves
  • 1/4c grated fontina, gouda or Gruyere
  • 1/4c grated cheddar
  • 2T mayonnaise
  • 1/4c sour cream
  • 2 crusty rolls, halved

Directions
  1. Place the chicken, oregano, cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  2. Spoon onto one half of each roll and top with remaining halves.
  3. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls in the pan and top with a plate and can to weigh down (or cook in a electric sandwich press)
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and the cheese is melted.
