Bellini Punch

- 2 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and quartered shopping list
- 2 Tbs (30 ml) sugar (optional) ( I use it ) shopping list
- 1 Tbs (15 ml) fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 bottles (750 ml each) chilled brut champagne shopping list
- Frozen melon balls for garnish (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the peaches, optional sugar, and lemon juice in an electric blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the peach puree into a large bowl and add the champagne, stirring gently to mix.
- Add optional frozen melon balls.
