This is a great recipe for left over bread. Goes great with any meal!!

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 loaf of bread

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray deep dish pie plate with Pam
  3. Mix top four ingredients
  4. Crumble Bread into wet ingredients
  5. you want this mixture to be a little thick if still runny add more bread
  6. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Sugar
  7. Cook for about 10 minutes or until it is no longer juicy.

I learned to cook when I was 6 years old, standing on a little stool, making bread pudding! It is a simple, delicious comfort food, and I dearly love it! :)
