Aunt Dawns Cheese Cake

This is an easy, no bake cheese cake.
Ingredients
- 1 large can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 pkg lemon jello shopping list
- 1 c hot water shopping list
- 1 lg pkg cream cheese shopping list
- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- graham cracker crust shopping list
How to make it
- chill can of evaporated milk
- mix jello in hot water
- beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
- add jello (partially set) beat this all together
- whip chilled evaporated milk, add to cheese mixture
- pour into crust pressed into a spring form pan, or just a ready made pie crust.
- chill.
