Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

1 pkg baby carotts

1 medium diced onion

1 bunch of celery

1 cup of white rice (this is optional)

1 large box of chicken broth

1 pkg egg noodles

Directions

Place the two chicken breast in dutch oven

add water. Just enough to cover the chicken

Add the Chicken broth use the whole box if pan allows.

Add diced onion

add carotts I cut in pieces,celery

cook the above until carrots and celery are tender.

Cook in crock pot until about 20 minutes prior to serving

add 1/2-1 cup white rice and noodles.

This is good for what ales you!!

I make something like this.. just use the rice... I plan my soups.. as it is a short soup season here in South Texas!
