Quick Sauce

- 5 home grown or organic tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 1 large white onion, diced shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 pieces of garlic, minced shopping list
- ground pepper shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- Shredded Asiago and Parmeasan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Coat the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil and place over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and diced onions and saute until they are golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes on low heat with dashes of ground pepper and sea salt to taste.
- Serve over linguine and/or whole wheat pasta and and sprinkle with the shredded cheeses.
