How to make it

  • Coat the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil and place over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and diced onions and saute until they are golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes on low heat with dashes of ground pepper and sea salt to taste.
  • Serve over linguine and/or whole wheat pasta and and sprinkle with the shredded cheeses.
