Ingredients

1 can chopped meat (Spam or something like it)

1/2 lb cheese coursely grated

4 hard cooked eggs chopped

1tbs grated onion

1 tbs sweet pickle relish (Optional)

1 cp mayonase

1 loaf fresh bread or buns(any thing you like)

Directions

Mash meat with a fork

mix all ingredients together and pile on bread or buns. We always liked the buns best because they look so nice. You can add a lettuce leaf if you like. Even after all of these years it is a favorite sandwich with many of my friends.
