How to make it

  • Place the gelatin in a small saucepan,and pour in the Juice and let set a few minutes to soften.
  • Add the Curacao and stir over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • In a blender or food processor,puree the melon with the sugar and lemon juice.
  • Pour in the gelatin mixture through the feed tube while the motor is running.
  • Blend in the yogurt.
  • Spoon the mousse into a bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight,until well set.
  • Serve in sherbet glasses.
