Summer Seafood Salad

This salad is perfect for a hot summer day served with steak hot off the grill. I never have any leftover.
Ingredients
- 1 large firm tomatoe diced shopping list
- 1 medium cucumber diced shopping list
- 250 g salad shrimp peeled and cleaned shopping list
- 250 g imitation crab meat diced shopping list
- 250 ml creamy cucumber dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Cut tomatoe and cucumber into small cubes
- add shrimp and krab meat
- pour dressing over all and mix well
- chill

I like these ingredients together. I think the cucumber and tomato give this salad a refreshing bite. And seafood is always a win with me.
