This salad is perfect for a hot summer day served with steak hot off the grill. I never have any leftover.

Ingredients
  • 1 large firm tomatoe diced
  • 1 medium cucumber diced
  • 250 g salad shrimp peeled and cleaned
  • 250 g imitation crab meat diced
  • 250 ml creamy cucumber dressing

Directions
  1. Cut tomatoe and cucumber into small cubes
  2. add shrimp and krab meat
  3. pour dressing over all and mix well
  4. chill
