How to make it

  • Boil the quail eggs in water for 8 minutes.
  • Remove the shells and dry them.
  • Heat oil in a deep fat fryer.
  • Wrap each egg up in wonton skins and skewer onto wooden sticks about 4 or 5 of them onto each stick.
  • Deep fry in the hot oil for 2 minutes.
